History

Although Zillow's "old" house estimates are notoriously bad, I believe them when they say it was built in 1906, since the house was extant to the 1910 census.

In 1928, Eugene died. His causes of death were heart & lung issues but his death certificate lists that he had "Tabes Dersalis", which is rarer now but is a late-stage complication of Syphilis.

The home is absent from the 1940 census. In 1950, Jennie died.

In 1957, Elizabeth died. In 1964, Doris sold the house to Earl Martin for $10,500. By 1965, Elzie & Helen Baker were living in the home under tenancy. In 1969, Helen died, and the house went on sale in 1974 for $35,000, with Earl selling to Leroy Kelly for $33,000. The house went on sale again in 1976 for $44,900.

In 1985, the home was purchased by the Stow family for 1985, and remained in the family until 2001, when it was sold for $155,750.
